On political blogs, the invective flies. Posters respond to the latest celebrity gossip with mockery or worse. Sports fans set up Web sites with names that begin with "fire," hoping coaches, athletic directors and sportscasters lose their jobs.
And though there are any number of bloggers and commenters who attempt to keep their postings and responses on a civil level, all too often interactive Web sites descend into ad hominem attacks, insults and plain old name-calling. Indeed, there are even whole sites devoted to venting, such as justrage.com (one screed there was titled, "I don't give a flying f***, so f*** you") and mybiggestcomplaint.com.

A Motorola top brass recently unveiled the next version of Windows Mobile for smartphones:
"Windows Mobile 6 has not delivered the experience that I think Apple has been able to deliver, but as you look at the plan that is Windows Mobile 7 and even 6.5, I think there are significant new added features which will help the platform", says Sanjay Jha, Chief of Mobile Devices for Motorola.
This statement also unfolds the fact that Motorola is not out of the Windows Mobile licensee roll. Infact, the company has plans to work with the latter on one of the first Windows Mobile 6.5 devices that are scheduled for release next year, most probably by second quarter.
My cousin uses Motorola Q Global which has Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional pre-installed. Got her email this morning asking for updated information. What I'm posting now, she already knew this morning.
(CNN) -- NASA's plans to fly a fifth and final space shuttle mission to service the Hubble Space Telescope have suffered another set-back.
Hubble managers say ground testing of a critical replacement computer that they hope to install on the orbiting telescope is taking longer than previously expected. And that means an additional flight delay.
"Delivery in April to support a May launch, I think is a fair thing to say," said Hubble program manager Preston Burch. "Right now I think we have a very good chance of meeting a readiness date in that time frame."
The additional delay is just the latest dip in an emotional rollercoaster ride for the Hubble team over the past few months.

A Japanese display start-up is well on the way to commercializing a 3-meter wide flexible plasma display and expects the first models to appear next year.
The 125-inch display is made using a proprietary plasma array technology developed by the company, Shinoda Plasma, with the first screens aimed at public display applications.
